Architectural Review ProcessAll completed DRB applications must be submitted to the management office for review and submittal to the BOD. Community Development DistrictThe Bahia Lakes Homeowners Association administers the deed restrictions and architectural control for all property owners in Bahia Lakes. If you have a concern about the deed restrictions or architectural control, please contact the management company at 813-994-1001. The roads & streets, streetlights in Phase 1 & 2, Irrigation Wells & Pumps, Lakes & Ponds, Entry Walls, Landscaping and Landscape Up Lighting and Wetland Mitigation Areas are managed by the Bahia Lakes Community Development District.
